As you are aware, Vonex has recently acquired MyNetFone Business. As a result of this acquisition, your services have been transferred over to Vonex. We will be migrating your Virtual PBX services from the old MyNetFone system to the Vonex Hosted IP system. You can expect this migration to occur after business hours on Wednesday 27th of April 2022.

We don't foresee any disruptions, and we have taken great care to clone your existing PBX settings to ensure there will be no loss of functionality as you move across to the feature-rich Vonex environment. We believe that you will find the additional features and broader range of new hardware available in the Vonex Hosted IP platform to benefit your business.

Upon completion, your business will have access to more phone system features and better reliability than ever before. Our team will contact you directly to confirm the migration time window, as well as your account and PBX details.

This process is considered an internal systems migration of billing and provisioning platforms; all plan charges, contracts and services will remain the same. The transition of your services to our feature-rich Hosted IP environment should be hassle free and have minimal downtime.
